Wow, my first blog. What a life! After years of singing with different bands, I finally got to front a great band. Maybe something special was in the air, something which brought so many old friends and new friends to Hot Licks on March 26th. With only 8 songs, practiced to death, we put everything we had into it and were greatly rewarded with love and high energy. An evening of butts for Daniel, the crowd danced all night long. I'm so happy and proud of Andrew, Andy and Danny who played their hearts out. There's nothing like performing, no greater high, my nirvana, my greatest love, like breathing, my alter-ego yearns to be on stage. Dare I wish for more, for one more night of the same feeling. I will take it one day at a time, one show at a time and be grateful for each and every one.
